COMPANY HISTORY
In 1990, a group of young engineers established T.C Electronics Group specialized in researching, producing and supplying the Television and Electronics Equipment and System. Using the modules which had been prized as well as the knowledge and experience, T.C Group conquered the part of market and customers’ belief. The products and commodities of T.C was able to meet the needs of market.

- The 3rd Prize of Youth’s Science and Technique Invention Festival held by Science and Technical Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (1992).
- The 3rd Prize of Technical Solution supported & held by Youth Central Institute of Vietnam. Subject: CATV SYSTEM (1994).
Through 8 years of development, T.C Group gained its own segment in Vietnam. However, Because of the necessary requirement for expanding the market and products, T.C Group decided to cooperate with foreign company as well Vietnam company in order to gain many large projects. With this successful cooperation, once again T.C Group got one more success in Vietnam market and also attracted the foreign manufacturers and suppliers after 2 years.
In 1999, Base on the new policy and suitable commercial laws (which encourage all of business segments to expand the commercial activities), T.C Group officially became T.C Company Limited license No. 3012GP/TLDN issued on 24/12/1999.
After the official establishment of T.C Company, the Board of Management decided to expand the oversea market. One Cable TV Company was invested into Cambodia by T.C Company named T.C.Cambodia which has been set up and developing. Besides investing into Cambodia, T.C Company also reinforce the prestige of the company and develop the company by uninterrupted re-investing the company in finance, technique, products and market as well as the human resource. With the right strategy, T.C Company gain the priorities and supports from the foreign manufacturers and suppliers.
Holding all the necessary conditions, T.C Company has conquered the first professional electronics and telecommunication supplier in Ho Chi Minh City. Not only the Supplier, T.C Company pay the passion to become a professional sub-contractor for the M&E contractors in Vietnam.
The development process is a long term and uninterrupted movement, so T.C Company and every single individual with the slogan “The Best Solution” is trying to become self-perfect and good serving.
For own TV cable field, T.C company have business and investment in TV cable field as the main activities with over 12 years of activities in this field. The company won to award the organizations such as Vietnam’s Goverment, Ho Chi Minh Youth Union, the Viet Nam Young Business Association.
T.C Company as one of the first company in Vietnam invested and carried on business of TV cable with engineer line-up, skilled workers, T.C Company can meet the highest demands of building, make full use of Cable TV.
At present, T.C Company is the main agent of the leading group that manufacture’s equipment of TV cable in the world and area. Such as General Instrument (USA), IKUSI – ALCAD (Spain),WOWTEL (Australia)
Almost T.C company’s engineers spent many the courses and training in Vietnam foreign countries.
Besides, the engineer line-up used to and is designing, installing, and operating many TV cable system that T.C company take responsibility for carry out from 1992 until now, T.C company designed, installed, and carried out the thousands TV cable system for houses, companies, offices, hotels… in Vietnam and Kampuchea.
In 1999, the company used to and is directly investing on TV cable system in Cong pong Chnang City –Cambodia. Cong pong Chnang’s population is many 25000. For the most of them earn their living in catching a fish and making service. The number of subscribe reached 2000 subscribes ($5 for a subscriber) and the company withdraw capital from 2003 and now the company is expending to invest about 20 percent per a year.
From 1998 to 2002: Providing and installing one part of TV cable in Phnom Penh – the capital of Kampuchea.
In 2003, TC Company design, carried out, transfer technology from TV cable in Nha Trang City - Khanh Hoa Province. Initial investing capital is 9 billions VND. To 12/2009 had more 30,000 subscribes.
In 2004, TC Company design, carried out, transfer technology from TV cable in Tuy Hoa Town – Phu Yen Province. Initial investing capital is 9 billions VND. To 12/2009 had more 10,000 subscribes.
On 05/2005 TC Company cooperated with Soc Trang broadcasting and TV station and established Soc Trang TV cable center, Soc Trang province. TC Company was more seven billions VND and started carrying a business on 2/11/2005 to 12/2009 the number subscribes with many 15,000 families and 1,000 TVS in hotels.
On 11/2005, T.C company cooperated Ho Chi Minh broadcasting and TV Station and turn investment into HTVC TV cable center , Dist 12-Hoc Mon- Cu Chi. To 5/2006, T.C company started carrying on business. The end 2009, the company almost reached 42,000 subscribes .
On 5/2006, T.C Company cooperated with Dong Thap broadcasting and TC station and established. Cao Lanh and Sa Dec TV Cable center, Dong Thap province. Investing capital near more 15 billions and started carrying on business in the middle of 6/2006.The end 2009 ,the subcribers’s quantity is more than 15,000.
On 5/2006 TC Company cooperated with Tra Vinh TV cable center. Investing capital was more 7 billions VND and started carrying on business in the middle of 6/2006. The end 2009 ,the subcribers’s quantity is more than 7,000.
On 5/2006, T C Company cooperated with Hue TV Station and established Hue TV cable center. Investing capital was more 25 billions and started in the middle of 7/2006. The end 2009 ,the subcribers’s quantity is more than 10,000.
On 12/2006, T.C Company cooperated with Binh Thuan broadcasting and TC station and established. Phan Thiet TV Cable center, Binh Thuan province. Investing capital near more 15 billions and started carrying on business in the middle of 2/2007. The end 2009 ,the subcribers’s quantity is more than 9,000.
On 09/2007 TC Company cooperated with Ben Tre TV cable center. Investing capital was more 7 billions VND and started carrying on business 0in the middle of 10/2007. The end 2009 ,the subcribers’s quantity is more than 8,000.
